All sorts of warning lights suddenly appeared on our car dashboard so we limped into the nearest garage Kwikfit Kidderminster. The team couldn’t have been more helpful. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, did the necessary work there and then, and we were on our way. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you.

Really pleased with the service we received. Can't fault anything. Quote was reasonable and final cost was actually slightly lower than the initial quote we received! Definitely would recommend these guys! I'd been advised not to use Kwik Fit because they overcharged but that definitely wasn't my experience, so give them a try!

Excellent service. Exhaust examined, replacement ordered - phone call three hours later to say that it had arrived, and I returned and had it fitted within 5 hours of first appointment. Pleasant waiting room, polite and efficient staff.

Had exhaust issue..blowing.. booked appointment free exhaust check.. clamp on joint had broken.. replaced and away in 25 mins.. !!! Staff were great.. definitely recommend..

My car passed its MOT with no advisories which is always good. People were efficient. The only downside was I was sitting minding my own business and another customer started a conversation. I don't like people...

My appointment which was supposed to be 04th Nov was postponed to 11th. I was enquiring about brake disc and pads for which they scheduled a call back but never really got a call back. After leaving the car and returning, they were asking for locking nut key, for which I had to walk again to the garage. There was absolutely ZERO explanation at the end about what was done. I’m just trying to understand myself from the invoice and service report. If I had been explained about what needs changing, I might have done it with Kwikfit itself, but I will probably do it in other garages now.

Service in person is really good, friendly enough staff and get the job done.But trying to ring this place is an exercise in absolute futility. I've took the car in a couple of times and had the same experience trying to organise or communicate by phone. I have let it ring for 5 mins straight, left if it for half hour and done the same again and got no reply.When I was in there most recently waiting for a repair (which was done very well) I sat by a ringing phone for 15 minutes which was becoming so agitating I considered answering it. One lad even came into reception to greet a customer who walked in while phone was ringing and happily walked off when they were done, ignoring the phone completely.So it's a shame to not give four or five stars when the work they do deserves it, but the phones are an important part of the business unless it's moving towards entirely online/app based contact.

I arrived with an emergency to have a tire fitted, which the member of team did roughly and it has left a scratch on my rim. As part of the inspection the staff checked my other tires - they obviously did a poor job as if they had been thorough they would've noticed the puncture in my other tire on the same side too, which led me to have to call the AA a second time in the same day. I was also quoted approx £170 for the tire I needed, which conveniently reduced in price as soon as I asked - I immediately felt like I was being ripped off and it was too late because my old wheel was already off the car and I was stranded.

My appointment was easy to make online. The mechanic quickly diagnosed mr issue and repaired my puncture. Very friendly and polite service. Comfortable waiting area too.
