Three times I have contacted this Solicitors regarding the matter of contesting my fathers estate/probate and had absolutely no response at all. Shocking service or shocking no-service. Would you want this company working on your behalf? I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Requested a tenancy agreement, it was supposed to be drafted in a few days. After a few weeks an unsatisfactory document was received. Informed the office that it was not what we asked for. Still had to pay in full for services not rendered.

He and the firm are always very efficient, friendly and explain things in a way that allows you to understand the process without the jargon! We had the pleasure of using Taylor Brown Solicitors for the sale of my house earlier this year. There were a number of complications in selling our house as my father and I owned the property together as well as given were in the middle of lockdown, but using Taylor Brown Solicitors to sell our house was an absolute breeze.They communicated with us quickly and kept us updated on all developments. They assisted us when there were difficulties getting paperwork for other solicitors sorted. We were unable to use them for the purchase of our new house due to the type of mortgage we had to get (a Sharia law compliant mortgage) and it only highlighted how great their service was compared to the solicitor we ended up using.Even when we ran into further problems with our new purchase (and with our other solicitor) and asked them for help, they assisted without hesitation and got us appointments quickly - their help was the only reason we did not lose our house purchase.Being local to the Wirral was also a huge bonus and we will certainly use them again. They were a pleasure to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in selling or purchasing another property.
