Answered my call and immediately came up with two possible options to try to fix my pc. I did both and and one of them must have worked because I haven't had a problem since. Really polite and I'm super thankful as it got me back up and running ready for a ton of working from home.

Simon really knows his stuff, I had a slow laptop that I thought was too old, he refurbished it with a faster drive and now it’s like new, all this on the same day I dropped it into him. Do not hesitate to give him a call. 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am overjoyed the laptop chrome side by side configuration error has been removed by you and that you cleaned and tidied the computer content generally. The aged computer is much faster.
