Fair price for a complicated roof and reliable company. Delivered as promised with no hold ups. Disappointed that they advertised cashback vouchers just after roof was delivered by way of a Christmas card only sent to my husband (very annoying for announcing that I had just missed out on hundreds of pounds of vouchers, and why send to husband only? Who do you think ordered it and arranged payment?) For that kick in the teeth alone I took off a star.

Excellent service as always. Very helpful young lady in the office and Rick is an exceptional designer, great vision, designed the roof so we could have a room in it, this didn't cross my mind....Amazing!!

After sending over the architects drawings and even a site visit they got my roof totally wrong ,and since that we are totally screwed Amy changed the design to a hip roof rather than the gable end we requested so we now have to pay out again for new trusses elsewhere thanks walkers for ever
