We called in to check out what roof tiles we should purchase for a whole roof refit, we were fortunate to have spoken to a young man called Ryan who was very knowledgeable, with his help we have now made the right choice in roof tile for our house.Excellent service from Ryan who gets 10/10 from us. Shocking customer service. 0 .....STARSI was told my items were to be delivered in the morning and I was second on the list? ( I am 15 mins drive away and phoned transport 8 am ) 11.45 am I phoned again I was told delivery was being loaded. 2 pm phoned again to cancel the order, I was told delivery was on the wagon.Order arrived 2.30 pm. Dear Mr Beesley get a grip of your delivery staff.

Rude, abrupt staff on desk in main showroom. Several occasions have been in looking for either landscaping materials or new kitchen/bathroom, and each time as ask for help , the 'lads' having a loud conversation and swearing behind counter abruptly answer, not interested at all. Totally unprofessional and no customer service, we are not all tradesman, we don't all know exactly what we need, that's what we hope to get advice on. My business has gone elsewhere. No doubt these are just a few individuals as the older guys in the plumbing shed are fantastic and very helpful, shame all your staff aren't like that...

Received a load of landscaping materials from the Huyton Branch recently. I wasn't sure exactly what I would need and what quantities and Faye was brilliant putting together a quote for me based on the information I was given from my builder.I was surprised that I was able to have the materials delivered the following day which was very helpful because I was expecting a delay of about 7 days based on ordering supplies from other merchants.The lorry turned up on time and the driver was very careful not to damage the trees when lifting the bulk bags into the garden. All in all I'm delighted with the service I received and I will certainly be using Beesley's Huyton Branch from now on.Cheers Faye!Tony

Fantastic service from Mark at the Huyton depot in sales. A credit to your organisation. I'm doing the rear patio and driveway and Mark helped source the materials and put up with various changes to ensure the order can fit on the drive. Nothing was to much trouble. The delivery driver/team (sorry I didn't get his name) was great too, kept me informed of when the delivery would arrive. Great team!! Thank you

Just received an order I placed, via the website, from their Chester store. The delivery driver and colleague were so pleasant and were extremely excellent representatives of Beesley & Fildes. They were both very efficient and professional in their duties, despite that it was the first day of employment for the drivers mate! I would definitely use the company again and I would recommend others do so too!
