I’ve just been in this shop, news papers food etc and cigarettes, get back no cigarettes. Go back and a rude deaf unfit person serving me, basically said I took them, liar is what she is.I sent something done about this useless person.

When it said it closes at 11pm but it closed at 10:15pm. Like I understand that workers wanna leave earlier or rest, leaving 45mins early is outrageous. Please review :)
