Very helpful staff!! In spite of the cash till being out of order..(a sign of things to come?) The girls guided me through the auto system and the food was great...BUT I will not be going back (and not will my many friends) if we are to do half the work ourselves!!! What next COOK the food ourselves?? Might as well stay at home!!!!!

Deli, Proper Bucher, Fishmonger, Baker...Prices are similar to comparable supermarkets, some good offers. Bonus points for selling paper reusable bags at checkout 40 pence.

Dead small store . Shelves are empty .was over charged the lady changed me for Carrier bags . When I didn't have any I didn't realize until I got home . She took my beer off instead of the bags so didn't get the 4.3 offer

The only mid-range supermarket in the M4/M11 postcode area with a decent deli counter selection. The gammon ham, chorizo and quiches are legendary musts.

Visit to the cafe. Never again. Asked 3 different staff members for vinegar for my fish and chips, each said they would get some and I never saw them again. The food was pretty poor for the price. And the toilets absolutely stunk!

LOADS of fake 5 star reviews from dodgy people. Horrible store with bad attitude manager and overpriced products that are cheaper just yards away.

Very disappointed store as majority off shelf’s empty. Mention to manager who was very obnoxious and clueless. Cafe is very unhygienic with dirty wet cutlery. Need a massive overhaul to survive in this climate.

Any recent 5 star reviews are obviously fake. Overweight manager is clueless, rude, obnoxious and a LIAR. No wonder they have slipped behind aldi. Horrible boss who talks to his staff like dirt.

Visited the cafe. Not well run at all. Ordered a cheese and ham toastie. If I wasn’t so short on time it would have been sent back. Top was dark brown but not burnt, but turning it over was a different matter altogether. It was closer to black than brown. Staff running around trying to find who food belonged to. Kitchen timer was constantly going off and not being actioned by kitchen staff
