Relied on Richard's expertise on 3 separate occasions in 2022. Each time he provided a verbal update immediately after seeing the property, followed by pictures and a written report several days later. Do not use them. They are completely incompetent. Used the price of a nearby flat as a comparable for a house valuation ! Hard to believe but true. Complain to RICS and get them struck off. Absolutely hopeless.

Richard Wiles surveyed my home and went above and beyond. Nothing was ever too much. After the survey I would often call to check something as I was very often over anxious buying my first home. It was never too much trouble. I emailed him last week 6 months or more after the survey to ask his advise on something and he emailed a long letter of advice. I would highly recommend this outstanding gentleman.

I had a full building survey done and it has been a great investment - valuable insight and genuine concern for not just the purchase but how I will live in the property. I have previously paid for a similar survey with another surveyor and received the report with no contact and gained no insight into the property.
