Great service. Jack and his team have a lot of experience and did a great job with replacement windows for my old wooden ones. Would definitely recommend.

Needed a very old and tired wooden lean-to replaced with a modern UPVc version. Jack and his team were on-time, very industrious, and able to resolve all issues quickly. We are very happy with the end result, which should deliver decades of value to our property.

Hi,we have a UPVC Front Porch and the rail twisted out.We asked for a contractor and paid a standard callout of £94.They put in a small nail and days later the rail jumped out again.They send another guy who twisted the metal, but it jumped out the same day. I personally got myself caught in the rail and have got small children in the house, but I have to write it off and find a new contractor to fix it. Shouldn't really be so difficult, nothing as such is damaged, the porch is only 5 years old, has been installed by Maceland for the previous owner of the house, but unfortunately we have no receipts, because this may have been under warranty otherwise ...We have called Maceland several times now and each time they say they come tomorrow or Friday, but nothing happens.
