Allen Carr's Easyway to Stop Smoking - Stoke
Miraculous. I don't have any other word to describe it. I was a chain smoker, heavy drinker with also obesity problem. I visited the Allen Carr Easyway centre for group and later one to one seminars. With help of these seminars I stopped smoking and drinking without any withdrawal symptoms. Now, I have also have stopped eating sugar and with proper diet tips given by experts from the centre along with little exercise my weight is quite under control. A visit to the Allen Carr Easyway centre was truly the life changing.
