Optician was great during the exam, thoroughly went through everything and gave me geat advice. Assistants were lovely and the one who helped me choose my glasses was very patient as well as knowledgeable.

Both the optician and the staff advising on my new glasses were professional, caring and informative about my eyesight and various options available for me ie 2 separate glasses or varifocals. I opted for the latter so look forward to seeing how that changes my vision . Thanks Nichola

I received the impression that you were trying to sell the most expensive frames and lenses rather than something that I wanted. The optician came and we chose a pair that suited me. After that I came away with a better impression of Boots and will definitely come back.

Firstly I was grateful to get a same day appointment because of a cancellation. The staff were friendly and very professional at the same time. I had a problem with my eyes and I got a thorough check over with lots of advice. The optometrist was excellent and I felt confident I was in safe hands. I plan on going to that store for my regular eye tests. The optician was excellent and I feel I would get the right advice and help in choosing my next glasses.

I was met with so much warmth and support from both Jane and Jan. They were incredibly kind and sweet and they really lifted my spirits. The Staff are always polite. Give well trained and thought out customer care. Which makes the whole optical examination comfortable and described in clear detail at each stage. Absolutely top class. Also very good range of glasses styles and makes. The whole space of the shop is well thought out. Accomodating all aspects of the process.

I have been using Boots Options for years ,I would not go any where else, they are very efficient,and well trained in what thy do I will go on using them for the near future. they are excellent.
