One star is too much for this company

Im giving 2 stars because out of all the workmen in and out of this house 2 did a good job of the floor and wall. The rest well what can i say. Already had issues and i had them sorted but now all the gremlins are showing up. Rushed the bathroom and didnt use the correct plasterboard scimoed on cost...never again. Had it all ripped out and redone from a local company...stay away

Can't give this company high enough praise. Every person I have dealt with from the ladies in the office, the surveyor, the roofer, the plasterer, the decorator, the electrician and the two joiners have been polite, respectful and friendly. They have all completed their work professionally and to a very high standard.

Still waiting for a settlement figure for a flood. Been chasing for weeks. We're just being ignored. Not a peep. It's beyond a joke.

However, they couldn’t get their act together. They left me without heating, left holes in my ceilings and walls, and even damaged the electrics. Their rude and arrogant behavior only added to the frustration. What’s worse, they failed to list the required work correctly, and months later, the repairs were still outstanding. I strongly advise against using North East Building Services. Their unprofessionalism and inability to complete the job are simply unacceptable.”

Absolute joke of a company, avoid at all cost. If I could give less than 1 star I certainly would

We had a flood and needed a new ceiling putting in our hallway and downstairs toilet. We also needed the rooms wallpapered and painting done. The men we met who came to do the plumbing and electrical work were lovely and did a great job.The lovely man named Colin who came to do our ceilings and decorating was brilliant. He was lovely to chat to but very professional and knowledgeable as well. It was stressful having a flood and stressful having work getting done however Colin was fab at keeping us update with anything he really made us feel more relaxed.
