Very professional and caring. Sarah understood the needs of my dog as she can be nervous. Lottie came out looking thoroughly pampered and smelling beautiful. I highly recommend this service.

We brought Jack, our King Charles, in for a pamper today with Sarah. He's always nervous getting groomed but Sarah was brilliant with him! Probably one of the best groomers in the area. Sarah is very knowledgeable and really friendly. Straight from the beginning, she builds a good relationship with the dog...and it is really lovely to watch. Her grooms are of high quality, customer service is fantastic and she adheres to all safety regulations. During this long pandemic the service has been adapted to ensure safety of her clients as well as her own. We have always been very satisfied with the cuts and care our 10 year old dog is getting and would recommend it to all. Your dog comes out looking like million pounds. We took our Springer Spaniel, Buddy, for a brush, bath and blow dry today. Buddy is a very nervous dog when it comes to baths and hairdryers, but Sarah gave him lots of treats, cuddles and took her time to help him calm down and feel at ease.Buddy left looking super dapper, silky soft and smelling fantastic with his doggy calone.Thank you very much, we will be returning for the full works next time.

They were brilliant at putting us and our dog at ease. Thoroughly discussed what was needed before hand and explained what she did once finished. Our little pomeranian looked beautiful when we picked her up and we were given tips on how to keep up the grooming till the next visit.

I'm sure she's very good but as a new customer she doesn't respond to emails or phone calls which I think is pretty rude. Just a call to say sorry I'm completely full would have sufficed. When did it become OK to just ignore people?
