Initially this seemed a great place for your dog to play and socialise. Suddenly some of their best staff seemed to leave, things changed and not for the better. Suddenly the number of dogs increased, I witnessed dogs caged even a toddler wandering around while dogs were playing. Our dogs behaviour changed dramatically, we stopped using the facility on the advice of a qualified dog trainer. He's a much happier and better behaved dog now. If you don't want to pay good money to have your dog locked up then I wouldn't recommend

My mini poodle is always happy to see the Groomer. The device is fast and always to a high standard.

Brilliant doggy day care. Excellent staff and clean premises. Could not want for more from this kind of service. Would highly recommend.

Our dog really enjoyed the open play session and it was good that we were able to do our own training on the side aswell.I give three stars as Dognasium could improve their customer service: I had agreed beforehand to come at 1pm but due to traffic arrived 1.10pm. There was no one in the reception and no one answering the phone. I had to wait 25minutes in the reception until I got served.
