Plenty of football and rugby pitches behind the gym. Parking at the gym car park too.

The car park is atrocious not enough spaces , people parking inconsiderate, the new football pitches are brilliant

It's really broad, always has space. There are football frames for people to bring their own nets. Don't kick your ball too strong tho, you'll have to run forever to pick it up

What a great green grassy area! I've been exploring here and Bluebelle clough since I was a child with my parents. I now explore with my children 23+9

Typical Sunday League type pitches, great atmosphere here on a Sunday morning. Especially when Manchester Nexus win the Cup!

Great place to walk your dog or fly a kite. It gets quite busy on a Sunday morning though with people playing football and rugby, so maybe avoid then.

Parking a nightmare, far too few places for the size of the venue and new pitches

An alright place, has a nice set up. Quite convenient to get to and has a nice playing fields, viewing area isnt huge. Seats outside arent really existant and instead have to make use of stairs. If watching a match it can get very cold since they are all outside. However this is compensated by the fact that there is a bar just behind them which has some indoor seating and is enough to sit a moderate crowd gathering. The toilets here arent great, when I went they were all out of toilet paper and the taps were faulty. The hand dryer was also extremely weak and there wasnt much paper to go around for drying hands.

Use the facilties regularly, ideal to work the dog if not using the centre on the vast playing fields.Do watch out for the perposed extentions plan for the center.Several new all weather pitches, a restaurant and much more.Well worth a visit.Go Manchester Go !!
