Gainsborough Dental Care

Was taken off the books because I didn't make any appointments during covid/lockdown. I didn't make any appointments during this time as it was clearly emergency appointments only and I didn't have any emergencies, so there was no need for me to book an appointment but was still taken off the books regardless, absolutely ridiculous! Receptionists here are also so rude!

First class service from all staff. Been at this dentist for years have no complaints at all. Would well recommended them to anyone. They will accommodate you in a emergency as soon as possible. Cleanliness is first class

Beware of this practices deceptive protocols.I attended an emergency appointment for a broken/infected molar. I was in the surgery for all of 5 minutes where they took an xray and gave me a prescription for antibiotics.They then informed me that they were unable to extract the tooth until the infection had subsided and I would have to pay privately to have this work completed, as I can only be given ONE emergency appointment.For me to return as a private patient it would of cost £60 for another examination and a further open ended figure (starting at 90 pounds) to have the tooth extracted. They couldn't give me an exact figure.I was then informed I had to still pay the initial £25 for the 5 minute emergency appointment.What a way to drum up business. I could of just gone to my gp for the antibiotics and saved my emergency appointment for when the infection had subsided.

I’ve been using this dental practice for over 10 years now . All the staff are polite and professional. The practice is very accommodating where possible . I can’t rate them highly enough .

I went for a check up today and had a small filling as no injection was needed. I always find the receptionists, dentist, dental nurses very professional, accommodating ,and understanding. I have required a lot of dental treatment in the past, due to my health conditions, and my dentist is really kind and puts me at ease as i get nervous beforehand. Would recommend this practice

I am a very nervous patient and my dentist here always puts me at ease, very professional and excellent hygiene standards. The surgery has always managed to get me in with emergency appointments and nothing is too much trouble for the reception staff always very accommodating . Highly recommended

Love this dentist practice. I suffered with depression for a lot of years and haven't always looked after my teeth but no one has ever made me feel uncomfortable or judged especially Mr Hussain, he has always tried to help me and made me comfortable.

My family and I have been patients at this practice for several years and have always received excellent and professional care from both the dentist and staff. They have always tried their best to get us in quickly if there is a problem and you are made to feel at ease while treatment is carried out.Would highly recommend.

Can't fault this dentist. My daughter recently had an appointment for her tooth to be fixed and they was so calm and patient, talked it through with her and made sure they did it at her pace. Always professional and well mannered.

Fantastic service, always gone and above and beyond to get me an appointment when I have had wisdom tooth infections. Would highly recommend. Staff are all lovely and friendly. Thank you :)
