Excellent service. The lady who provided me with my passport photos was so cheerful, speedy and great at her job this is one of the many reasons I chose to go to Timpsons I have never been let down by there staff.

Recently took my phone into the Donnington Store for a screen repair. I was greeted by Mark who was very welcoming and friendly. He was quick and efficient at giving me a quote for the work that needed doing. Due to the make and model of the phone it had to be sent off for repair but Mark kept me up to date with the progress and it was back with me within a few days.Excellent repair and customer service, would definitely recommend.

I called in here today to get my Passport Photo ID and a couple of keys cut.The photo ID was done very quickly and Mark explained what to do on the website to renew my Passport. The keys I required needed to be ordered in so I will be collecting them next week. A very quick and no hassle visit and the Customer Service was great!

I had a strange request to have my leather cowboy belt altered for size. I had struggled to find someone who was prepared to do the work. But i went to Asda Donnington Timpson, Telford and Mark" very kindly accepted the challenge. I have just picked up my finished Belt. The size has been altered and the work is outstanding. Brilliant . thank you ."

Absolutely blown away by Mark and his expertise. Heat isn’t at first as didn’t want to break it but tried it on some tape and came out beautifully. We can’t wait to use this on our wedding day. Thanks Mark!!!
