Winning Smiles Dental Surgery

I split one of my back teeth in half at the beginning of November which was extremely painful and after ringing approx 10 dental surgeries looking for an NHS dentist the only one I could find that was accepting new patients said I could register on the 30/11. Given that I was in so much pain, I had no choice other than to go private and found Winning Smiles. I filled in their enquiry form and the next day they emailed me back and offered me an appointment the day after that and if you can say having a tooth out was a very good experience, it certainly was here. I was seen by Dr Woods who made me feel so comfortable and after numbing my mouth, had taken the tooth out before I realised it. I was in and out within 35-40 (including check in) . The reception staff were also very friendly, helpful and professional. I’ve never had such a good experience in a dental surgery before . I can’t recommend this surgery enough.

I have been visiting Winning Smiles for over 12 years. I used to be a nervous patient but since visiting Winning Smiles I am no longer nervous and always know I am in excellent hands. The Dentists & Hygienists are amazing, very professional & caring, I am always very comfortable and calm in their hands. I wouldn’t go to any other dentist.

My first visit was a free consultation with Andrew Fennel. I have to say that he made me feel very comfortable and assured me that my dental problem was not as bad as I had thought. Andrew gave me confidence that I would be pleased with the result as he knew he could help me. I did feel very comfortable with his explanations and expertise and decided to go ahead with him. Since I had seen other specialists before I could feel it was the right one for me. During the treatment I always felt at ease, never had any pain, and could tell that Andrew was, and is, very passionate about helping his patients and will not settle for anything less than 100% satisfaction. He told me that if I had any problems, I could always call him even when he was on vacation.I owe a huge thank you to Andrew who has given me the confidence to smile without feeling uncomfortable – I am no longer embarrassed to smile. I would also like to state that the whole team with no exceptions was very welcoming and made me feel at home.I am extremely pleased with the result and have already recommended Winning Smile many times.

Rosie and Andrew are fantastic. I have always been so nervous of visiting the dentist but not any more since joining their practice. They are very friendly, always gentle and any treatment is carried out painlessly. The ladies on reception are really friendly and welcoming. I would not ever go anywhere else for dental treatment.

Absolutely pain killing wisdom tooth with related infections. Went to my usual dentist who refused to remove it so decided on a private consultation. Winning smile Dr Fennell and his assistant sorted it immediately. I was expecting all the pain and had barely any. I was able to eat normally in less than 5days once the swelling had gone down. Super pleased!! Everything was so well explained - risks included. I hate the dentist but this one has made me change my mind.

I had a emergency appointment with winning smiles, i was in alot of pain with this tooth and was told that it needed to come out but they could not do so under nhs appointment i had so he done a temporary filling. This lasted about 3 weeks i have now been to a different dentist through the nhs system and they have told me the tooth is fine and just needed a perm filling and i will be much better! I was in and out off winning smiles in under 10 minutes, i feel i was just rushed through as quick as possible and there was no real care for my teeth, i will not be going back to this dentist even in a emergency!!!
