Staff here are amazing I had my helix and my second lobes done here. I travel from Middlesbrough because they always make me feel comfortable since I'm bad needles. Offer good advice and never make me feel like I had to rush to get them done.

I took my daughter for her navel piercing here today. Cannot recommend this place more highly. It was immaculately clean and professional. Very friendly staff who made sure my daughter was comfortable at all times and informed us well of aftercare!

Both Peter and Margaret were lovely with my daughter. Absolutely perfect place for first or any piercing ☺️I just went for my daughter 3rd piercing. Again, I have to say that they were amazing and accomodating and made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you for being so amazing and don't change ever

Faultless. Both my partner and Ihave had piercings done here and have nothing but good things to say. Members of staff were incredibly friendly and professional and the studio itself was immaculate. It's clear the staff knew exactly what they were doing; they had a brief feel of my ear before my conch piercing and immediately knew which points to be avoiding to prevent any additional pain or healing. Very reasonable price and was in and out in 10 minutes having just walked in off the street. I was also provided with thorough aftercare instructions and have no doubt that if I were to have issues I could pop in or call and they'd do their absolute best to help.Both me and my partner (who had her first piercings here) would thoroughly recommend it.Thank you so much.O & J

I’ve had a few piercings around Newcastle and didn’t realise how bad my previous experiences were until I came here, I would now never go anywhere else. The staff are so so lovely, they make you feel so comfortable and really put your safety and well-being first. Everything is extremely clean and professional, an absolutely faultless experience. Would highly recommend!

Got my belly button pierced today and am very happy with it. The environment was so clean and calming and the staff were very kind and didn’t rush me at all as I was a bit faint. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone getting a piercing :)

Went to get my 2nd earlobe piercings with some friends and we had a really positive experience! They spent a while figuring out the positions of the piercings and making sure we were happy with it before actually piercing. It was a calming experience, they were very clean and professional, would definitely recommend!
