I would just like to say my day was made perfect after Mandy took me under her wing & made a potentially nerve wracking day almost relaxing. The staff are very friendly. Looking forward to the next check up!

Very nice friendly staff.Helpful as arranged for me to be be seen downstairs as I could not go upstairs, as I had hurt my foot.Very nice Dentist, who explained everything he was doing and why.Next appointment arranged,

Amazing receptionist, who was genuinely really friendly and helpful.The dentist himself was amazing. Not only did he try to help with the initial problem, but went above and beyond, and did two extractions for the teeth that were causing issues, resulting in a lesser need to go to hospital to have them out, as on a 2/3 year waiting list in Dorset/Home.

My appointment was for 10.15. I saw the dentist at approx 11.05. At no time was I told the dentist was running late until I asked the receptionist. 5 minutes with the dentist, about 2 of those he was looking into my mouth. Even so he says everything is fine so I am happy about that. Not a good return for my £25.80. But still it was very busy and the dentist and receptionist were under a lot of pressure. Hopefully be better next time.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Ahmed and Grace! today I went to have some fillings done. I was very nervous before I walked in, but they both reassured me and made me feel really comfortable. The process was explain step-by-step which helped me relax making some jokes also, five fillings later one happy customer would definitely return six month check up already booked in. Thank you again

This is my third time for treatment and it has been outstanding. Very professional with excellent patient care I have received treatment (six fillings) on the last two occasions and Parisha I cannot recommend highly enough. She was assisted this morning by Deb who immediately put me at my ease and trainee nurse Rami. Would definitely recommend with a five star!!

I broke my tooth and was able to be seen same day. I've had bad experiences in the past with dentist but Damira are extremely friendly and have a relaxing attitude. I got to have my filling done the next day Parisha and Debbie were fantastic and made me feel at ease the whole way through the procedure.I highly recommend this company.

Very nice time with Hamed and Deb at Damira.5 fillings done in 2 sessions.Humming songs, having a nice time.Far more relaxing than a dentist should be.A water dispenser would be nice while waiting. But a very friendly lady at reception got me some water so I could take some tablets.

I never leave reviews but I was disappointed with the service here. Firstly they cancelled my appointment which obviously does happen but it was the fact they didn’t inform me at all and then told me to reschedule which was already frustrating and then on the actual appointment they took in2 patients before me without telling me so my appointment was 45 minutes late and when I did eventually go in the dentist told me how awful my teeth are and how poor my oral health was and then when I asked what the actual issue was he said it was only cosmetic and minor. Very strange and unnecessary. £25.80 for about 3 minutes of nothing really.

Poor communication!My wife and I were staying on the island for a few days when we needed an urgent appointment. We called the number found on Google, and spoke to somebody probably in a call centre who made an urgent appointment for 9am which we accepted. We were charged £55 as a private patient and arrived at the practice around 8.45am.The practice was not expecting us and so we had to give our details in again.We sat and waited for one whole hour (10.am) before being called for our 9.am appointment.Reception didn't keep us informed of any delays and whilst we were sitting there we witnessed several patients coming & going.Now I understand some patients need more attention than others, we didn't complain and waited patiently. However, no communication from the reception team to explain what was happening, or how much longer we should expect to wait. Now previous reviews claim this has happened to them and the practice responded to say it wouldn't happen again. It turns out the dentist was upstairs didn't even know we were there and couldn't apologise enough for our wait.The dentist (f) upstairs didn't even have any patients with her...Please get your act together people will continue to write negative reviews like this if it continues.However, we are very grateful for your on the day appointment.
