He refused to take any money but then allowed us to at least pay for the part. Despite him coming out late in the evening to make sure we had heating!After that we decided to get a new boiler installed and connect up the two systems to one.They turned up completely punctual both days, made ZERO mess despite having to take up carpets and floorboards.They even patched up work left by the previous plumber just because they wanted to make things perfect.The boiler they installed is a worcester bosch 8000 which has a 12 year guarantee. It has made a massive difference to our quality of life.It feels like a new home and the quality of workmanship and genuine pride of work is incredible.I cannot thank them enough for the work they did and most importantly peace of mind that my family have the best boiler system installation they could possibly have.Highly recommend and this company have gained us as customers for life.Absolutely the best!
