Love the body shop and all they stand for. But just like lush they are becoming very pricy. I can see this shop disappearing in the next few years which would be a shame but listen to the customers in the shop. They gasp at the prices. Surely this says it all

I went in on Saturday with my mum and this was a very busy Saturday- Yet the staff where so lovely and helpful to us both! Obviously we knew the products would be amazing as they always are from the body shop, but Thankyou to the staff!

Twice I've been in here for presents and both times the staff have been incredibly helpful.I have no idea when it come to buying nice soaps etc for people, but the staff have been really helpful in directing me towards things they might like.

The ladies here are great and are always helpful. A bit pricey, as has been said elsewhere, and sometimes stuff disappears, never to return. I'd like to see that Tea Tree soap (in bars) return. I don't want poncy facial wash liquid, I want the proper soap that lasts a decent amount of time.*Update* My favourite products lately were the Room and Linen Spritz and the Peppermint Foot Spray, both discontinued without any notice. I could have stocked up if I'd known!*Another update* The Peppermint Foot Spray is back! Or, maybe I was told wrong and it never went away.

Went in yesterday for a present for my a vegan friend. The staff were so helpful when I asked their advice. One staff member in particular went and got a list of all the vegan products in the store to help with my selection. And told me about offers. Very happy with the service :)
