Beautiful loch for swimming/kayaking etc. Not huge, but big enough for,say, 1.5k swim. Rocky entry, mind your ankles!

private fishing loch for farr estate so permit only folks. However there is some walks near the loch although not round it. popular with wild swimmers aswell it seems. Have seen all sorts of birds of prey flying overhead here as well with hills on 3 sides of the loch

Nice looking loch but not sure about the parking or the circular walk. Need to look into those.Edit: It looks like there's only space for two or three cars by the boathouse (the obvious parking is up by Tazball paintball range), similarly there isn't a good circular walk around the loch with the tracks being well back from the loch and possibly going through Tazball.

Stunning Loch, colours in Autumn breath taking, good parking but could find the walk around as all bushes over grown.
