Horsham Hand Car Wash
Not what it used to be. Quality of clean can be hit and miss. You would think that in the morning when it’s less busy, the clean would be better but was worse than usual. Many spots were missed in the interior which I then had to clean myself - spray was left on the rear view mirror, on the steering wheel and the armrest. They didn’t even bother to move a small blanket on the seat to clean the seat. They just vacuumed around it. And the outside always has missing spots anyway. Unfortunately I won’t be returning again after being a customer for many years.

The worst car wash of my life I never suggest anyone to washed the car from this car wash station.Even the boss of the car wash station is not helpfull when then can't do there jobs they will treat you like you are washing your car for free.each and every corner of inside the car was dirty if there will be a negative star marking I will put them on that star.Interior service is horrible trust me you can clean you car better than them. And yeah at last boss is racist he ask me French man ok pay and get out of here.

Used today and the lack of effort to clean car was disgusting. Hate using these places but was told are good. Well know they are definitely not dampened car off then went to town on my paint work pushing all the dirt and grit over paint work then to leave and find it was proper hit and miss. Jokers stay away

Terrible service, an extremely rude staff member shouted through my window “CAN I READ ENGLISH” as to the instructions on the car dryer. Absolutely shocking wash and clean inside and out wouldn’t recommend to anyone actually wanting a “washed car”.

Get my car cleaned here a few times and there good at their job it's fast and I can never complain about my car once they have cleaned it best part unlike others they don't use silicone spray inside your car on the plastics they wipe it properly

staff where friendly and did a great job cleaning the wheels however once I got home I noticed there was still marks from bird poop on my car that could it used some extra attention.

Went in here to have car valeted, cleaned, inside and out including the hand held jet wash I opted in for on the day. Praises were actually ok, 4 people cleaned my friends car so was a long waiting time for them to finish to be fair, all round friendly, there good at what they do and would recommend it to friends and family.

If anyone has any sense please stay away from this cowboy carwash. There are only signs of how much your wash will cost after they have washed it. I was shocked to find it cost £24 . I told them that they must be the dearest car wash in the south. An arrogant woman who seems to be in charge clearly likes ripping customers off. The wash was not a good one.I've definitely learnt a lesson never to return..
