Disgusting food - I have eaten from a lot of chinese take away’s and the quality can sometimes be stodgy but edible. This was the worst I have ever had. The sweet and sour chicken had solid lumps of sauce" in it. The satay beef was so chewy it was practically inedible and tasted completely flavourless. The apple fritters were undercooked with rock hard apple in the centre. Don't order from here!"

Food arrived in beautiful packaging and that is about the only compliment I could give it. Ordered a chow mein and to say that it was lukewarm would be a compliment. Almost broke my teeth trying to chew through the chicken and the noodles were more like shredded wheat. No amount of the dish water curry sauce could have given the noodles even a drop of moisture as they seemed to have only just been reheated after the Second World War. I tried my best to call them to exclaim my dissatisfaction but to no answer. No amount of great packaging can make up for the terrible food as a turd covered in glitter is still a turd

Not even worth half a star, it was the worst chinese I've ever had in my life. Even more disappointing when I have visitors to feed. Will never be ordering from this place again. There was a long black hair evidently from a head, wrapped in with our chips- disgusting. The chicken tasted like it had been cooked hours ago and just kept warm. Never had a chinese worse than that. Oh and so over priced for crap crap quality.

Awful food. fried rice tasted buttery, chicken chow mien was dry and tasteless. Chicken was dry. Ribs tasted like they'd just come out of the fridge and warmed in a microwave and had a funny after taste. overly priced and not worth your money

This place deserves no stars at all. I have never been so disappointed with food, literally ever. I ordered Pad Thai noodles and it came in a very thick sweet chilli sauce, with 3 bits of seriously dodgy looking chicken and a sprinkling of nuts. That is all, no egg, or spring onions, or anything you associate with traditional Pad Thai. It was actually inedible, so I had no choice to throw it all away. I called up to ask how on earth this could be sold as Pad Thai and the guy said 'its the way they do it', so I advised them that they need to write that on their online menu. On Hungry House they have 3.7 stars, so not too bad, I wished I had looked on Google first. The Thai Green Curry was just as bad, the rice tasted like it had been cooked the day before and had been kept on a candle heater, and the 'chicken', whatever it was, was tough and dry and tasteless. It was seriously over priced, at 26 quid I may have well just ripped up my money. Don't order from here, it really is the worst food I think I've ever had, I have no idea how they are still able to trade as a take away. Im determined to get my money back. Never again, id rather eat dog food.

I order Pad Thai and it was one of the most disgusting Pad Thai I ever had. Its was more like rice noodles in sweet and sour sauce mixed with prawns nothing else. Nothing like fragrant aromatic typical Thai dish you get with bursting smell of lemon grass, ginger and garlic. I also had spring rolls with duck meat. There was hardly any duck meat inside of the spring rolls there was pieces of cucumbers and thats it and tiny amount of duck meat. Who put cucumbers in spring rolls it tasted awful!!!. I am never going to order take away form this restaurant ever again!!!!! I spent £10 over all total waste of money. DISGUSTING TAKE AWAY EVER

Ordered Sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice and a coke, it was delivered in great packaging then I saw my drink wasn't in their! The food looked really dry almost all of the chicken, still I gave it a chance. Had to force myself to eat as much as I did before I couldn't take it anymore and spat out what was in my mouth. £15 I spent was wasted and to top it off I was sick the next morning, probably the chicken getting out of my system! Don't buy from them the Wok Express are way better!

Should have been entitled to free meal as menu explicitly says free if delivered in plastic bag (instead of eco friendly box!) Driver phoned manager but manager rudely refused to honour menu. Cancelled order, will avoid in the future!

I have never bought pizza from here until today.. thought I'd give it a go.. the pizza was ok. But in the deal there was meant to be chicken wings and garlic bread with a drink. Which is what I got.. but the chicken... I'm very confused. It came in a plastic container. It had batter around it and I could tell it had been fried (which is what I thought i would get). But at the bottom of the container there was this sticky yellow looking stuff which at first I though it might have been sweet and sour sauce but it doesn't smell like it at all. Didn't eat it. Made me think about the cleanliness of the place in all honesty. Looks like clotted oil. Might have just got a bad batch or something? LolWon't be ordering from here again.
