Charlotte came highly recommended and it is immediately obvious why. She is friendly, understanding and fully explains the proposed treatment. After the first couple of sessions, my rather stiff neck and shoulders were considerably eased up and my lower back has also benefitted. Charlotte is very thorough and professional but also has a lovely sense of humour. I have several issues which she is helping me with and I am definitely starting to see improvements in many.Angela is very friendly and supportive and the Practice is a warm and welcoming place.

Having suffered with back pain for a while I visited Espina and had several sessions with Charlotte who recommended visiting Jade for a back massage. I have since had a couple of sessions with Jade and combined with visits to Charlotte my back pain has improved greatly. I am currently working on strenghening my core strength and both Charlotte and Jade are providing me with great support and avdvice. Would recommend visting Jade for a massage.

I could not recommend the Espina clinic in Wantage enough! The level of service that I've received from both Charlotte and Angie has been incredible. I'm so pleased with the plan I am following after discussing it with Charlotte and the progress I have made in a short amount of time. I have been going to Espina for nearly a year now and I am really happy with their service. Everyone is always warmly greeted by Angie (we love to have a natter!) and Dr Brian is really great too- he has worked wonders on my back and neck pain! Would reccomend this Chiropractic clinic 100%

I have just been for another massage with Jade. Jade makes you feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you enter her warm and cosy room. Caring, knowledgeable and always professional, Jade provides an excellent service. Jade is a wonderful masseuse and I would highly recommend her.

I have been receiving treatment at Espina for 6 weeks now for recurring back and shoulder pain and hip pain. I'm a runner and I couldn't run more than 3 or 4 miles without my hip hurting, my goal is to be able to run further and further distances without pain or discomfort. Brian has been brilliant, extremely knowledgeable and always discusses progress and plans after treatment, the treatment is always great and I can feel the difference, I ran 4 miles today without any pain or discomfort in my hip. The exercises Brian has given me to do are easy to do and easy to follow and have video links if required. There’s always a warm welcome and excellent communication from Angie, the practice manager, I enjoy our pre treatment chats, very friendly and it's a pleasure conversing with her.I would highly recommend Espina Chiropractic Clinic.

Absolutely love Espina, I cannot rate it any higher if I tried! Charlotte and Angela are phenomenal. I found espina by accident when my husband was in serious back pain over a year ago and the doctors couldn't help and his transformation has been brilliant! I've been going a few months myself now too since having a baby, and within the first appointment I felt alot better. Charlotte is brilliant at what she does and Angela is always soo happy to see everyone!

Had severe back pain back in September so booked a free spinal check at Espina with Brian .He was very thorough and knowledgeable and said he would be able to help.Now from being in pain every day to just a little niggle .I am very pleased with the treatment I have received and all the exercises he has given me to do daily.Always look forward to my appointments as the staff are always so nice and welcoming.Would definitely recommend.
