After having a long break from Wing Chun it was a pleasure to meet Sifu Jeff and all his students last night . The club is very friendly and welcoming and so I’m looking forward to training with the Ribble Valley Kung Fu Club .

I first met Sifu Jeff tonight, really nice guy and very welcoming. We went through some wing chun forms and he has great patience and explains well how and why we do each position and how we use our energy. I look forward to training with Jeff as my Sifu and learning all he has to offer
