Excellent service from alloy sos, on time and excellent job to scuffed wheel

Alan was very helpful and professional. When I was without a wheel nut unlocking key he advised of a service that would solve the first problem then returned the next day to carry out the job. I have already recommended him to a friend.

Excellent service and work.I needed a few black alloy wheels repaired and found AlloySos on Facebook. I sent photos and received a quote in no time. Easily made an appointment however the day before saw the first deep frost so arrangements were made to deliver my car to their workshop rather than the mobile service. I returned several hours later and the work was 1st class. You would never know I had hit any kerbs at all.Excellent service, communication and price.

Extraordinary service! I contacted them on the Thursday before Hogmanay, not expecting anything to be possible until into the new year. But there was an immediate acknowledgment and they said they’d be in touch.Lo and behold, a text message on the morning of Sunday 2nd, a follow up phone call soon afterwards and an offer to pick up the car in the afternoon, fix the wheels and return it that evening - which is what happened, more than half an hour ahead of the promised time. I really can’t praise this firm - and especially Raymond, who handled everything - too highly. Very well done! And thank you!
