Absolutely outstanding customer service. I have purchased Volvo V60 2022 from Listers Worcester and I will recommend this branch to all my friends and family. I wish to say that Emma has made our experience memorable. She is professional in all aspects. Listers service has been possibly the best in my career of buying cars for personal and business use and will recommend it to others.

Dealt with Aston from start to finish. Car was as described, all questions were answered quickly and, overall, a very easy transaction throughout. Aston even put 1/2 tank of fuel in the vehicle (for no extra charge) which is pretty generous in a Discovery. Everything I requested to be done, was done prior to collection. Been in the motor trade myself I was I dreading it when the time came to buy the wife a new car. However... when the time came she knew what she wanted, and the hunt was on! Before I contacted Volvo Worcester I spoke to a number of other dealers, none of which struck me as providing the best service.Eventually I spoke to Aston (AKA Sausage) at Worcester, he was polite, efficient and easy to deal with. He sent me a video of car and in no time at all a deal was done (sorry mate but your CitNow was pants)... in no small part thanks to sales manager Alex. It's rare to see a manager that that doesn't have an allergy to talking to customers.Since collection we have had a couple of small niggles, however they have been very helpful in getting them sorted at my local dealer! These things happen and it's how its put right that counts.Ask for Sausage and get a deal done!

Aston was incredibly helpful in helping us to find a new car. He was polite, knowledgeable and dedicated to Volvo! He spent a long time talking through and showing us our options in a non pressured and unhurried manner. It was a real pleasure to buy a car from him and I felt very secure throughout the process. He talked through all the details and finances and ensured we had all the relevant paperwork. I would definitely buy a car from Aston again. Thank you.

Bought a Selekt S60 from Emma a few months ago and I couldn’t be more happy with it. There was a few issues with the car at first but the aftersale service was great, they had the car back and diligently carried out all the necessary work. Super happy with the car!

Just wanted to say thank you to all at Volvo Worcester, especially Emma who went above and beyond to help us try and find the right car. She was very patient with us being so indecisive and cannot thank her more for helping. We would happily use Volvo Worcester again.

On our first visit, we were welcomed by a sales advisor who answered my questions with a sound knowledge. On our return a week later, the sales advisors were not so enthusiastic, however once decided on who was going to deal with us our request to test drive a car where swiftly met. The purchasing process from there was great. The sales advisor communicated with us answering all our queries. However, what has let the process down is they have appeared to have mislaid the vehicle's service book. Given that my part exchange was very much dependent on the service book being present, leads me to be concerned about the future value of my new purchase. Whilst I have been reassured it is all stored electronically, I have no service book to prove what and when services have been carried out.
