Horrible. Although they have been my client for a while, their staff has recently changed. It seemed like an extra tiny tortilla instead of the large burrito I ordered, to which they barely added any content.I attempted to get answers as to why the quantities are so small, but they were really rude and arrogant.not coming back.

Located in the food court, there was a bit of a line to get to order the food I wanted. The food was relatively easy to choose and you go the counter,So you just pick what you want. Prices are relatively competitive for everyone involved. What I did not like was a the food court is relatively small and not enough room for quick change over.It was really hard to find a spot to seat even when your looking for 1 with multiple people involved. That’s why I take a star off because they would of considered this when signing the contract.

Absolutely love the food at this place. It's always my little treat after a hospital appt every 3-4 months, it cheers me right up!The nachos are absolutely gorgeous, well worth the money and everything always tastes pretty fresh for a fast food place.

Always a bad burrito from here! I've tried many locations, but this is by far the worst. Slow service, borderline cold food. Always something random in my burrito too that I didn't order, careless preparation.Bad for dine in and takeaway.

Horrible. I have been a customer here for many years and they now have recently changed the staff.. i asked for a Large Burrito and they barely put any fillings what so ever, it looked more like an extra small burrito.I tryed asking why the portions are so small and they just gave me attitude and so much disrespect.Never coming back again.

Ate here a few weeks ago, dived back in on our next visit to Bluewater. I really like l the food and the subway style counter makes it easy. If you aren't sure ask, as others have said the stag are lovely and are happy to help.

Ordered on ubereats before 8pm after accepting my order and having my courier change 4 times they decide to cancel my order at 9pm i presume for closing time, i have tried to call and nobody has answered, you made me wait over an hour for my food saying preparing" and now left me hungry. What a absolute joke. Disgusting customer care and no regard for others. Me and my kids are now starving waiting at home with no options as everything now is closed

Been a regular customer for years, but since they changed the staff, the portions are terrible small. I paid for a large burrito and large naked burrito and they gave me half portions.And I asked for my ingredients which I like but they didn’t listen, they take the decision what to put in my burrito. I tried to talk to them but they ignored me. I am very disappointed and upset because I lost my favourite food place. I won’t be going back.

Staff told me they stopped grilling the meat so they don’t have to pay someone to stand there all day grilling. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in someone’s bathtub. Bland. What a waste of a meal and a tenner.
