Local estate agent with good knowledge of local housing market and stock. They found me lots of viewings although some were not in a position to buy so need to clarify with them. However, happy with service, friendly and amenable.

Banner and Co acted with great efficiency in selling our house. Extremely professional, yet always friendly and approachable. Perhaps most of all they provided valuable advice. Because of its locality it was a difficult property to value, particularly in the volatile market of mid 2021, but they got it right, underlining their local knowledge.
