I attended two Empirical wedding fairs last year. I had a brilliant experience at both events. There was a great range of suppliers, all of whom were extremely helpful and professional. I found my hair & makeup artist, my dj, my photographer and the dress! I didn't book anyone on the day but took all the information I needed to make my choice. I wasn't pressured into making a decision there and then, it was a lovely and exciting experience!The staff were really helpful, we loved the freebies in the gift bags too. Helen was so warm and kind, we instantly felt we were in good hands with her. Helen and her team made us feel so welcome, it was a great atmosphere. My wedding planning was made so much easier by going to these events.I had my wedding last month and it was the best day ever. Thank you so much for helping us find the perfect people make our day so special.

They are completely organised and inform exhibitors in good time with all the information needed to make the day go well. I have a wedding and event stationery business (Kardelicious) and have been in business for 11 years. I have attended many fairs over those years with other professional organisers. Some have been well organised, some not. I have worked with Helen for 7 years, attending her (Empirical) wedding fairs in the South East. Empirical know this market well and are skilled in producing a well attended fair, with a good mix of professional local suppliers. The marketing for each event is always wide spread, targeted and regular. The Empirical team are always helpful, friendly and professional. From a supplier point of view - A wedding fair is what you make it; If you sit behind your table on your phone the whole day and then complain it didn't work for you, perhaps you should look at how you are interacting (or not) with the couples attending the fair! I strongly recommend to both couples and suppliers to attend the Empirical fairs. Don't believe the nasty comments on here. I am shocked to read the negative reviews and can only presume they have been posted in malice.

Love these guys, such a brilliant team. Helen is the kindest person you will ever come across. She supports and takes genuine interest into your company when exhibiting and ensures you as a supplier have everything you need, know all the information regarding the event and keeps coming over during the busy event to see how things are going. They are a great company and deliver very well orchestrated events with ease and clarity for both the venue hosting, suppliers involved and the mass of the general public attending.
