Balmoral Place

Took a man to view one of the apartments. They are beautiful. Downstairs there is a grill, food looks lovely. Everybody looked happy.

What can I say?! An amazing experience! Out host Michael ( sorry for the spelling) was amazing. So knowledgeable on all the teas to offer and advice to try to convert me, a coffee drinker, to have tea!!First time I have ever got Happy Birthday played for me on a harp! Even got a little present before leaving! Can’t really complain about anything!Let the photos do the talking!! Remember to pre book as they can get busy!!

Good retirement place with facilities, but people are not happy with the views from windows

A great place to be, very caring staff, clients happy, clean environment

I’m so pleased my dad moved here. The staff have always gone above and beyond and have been so helpful. They have a fantastic approach dad which helped him settle and be very happy. They even got him socialising more ! They’re not just great help to the residents but as family I have found their support invaluable. When dad was in hospital they were beyond amazing and kind. Overall the communication has been very good. If something needs sorting you can trust them staff to get it done. Whilst there are so many great staff I have to give extra thanks to Emma, Kate and Jade for all they have done and do. You’re all so amazing. I know there are plenty of staff (maybe slightly more behind the scenes) like Shakil, who work tirelessly to make Balmoral a well run and welcoming home.

I have had a wonderful time working for Balmoral Place since l joined the Team. l appreciate the Care Manager Mrs Kate Anne Arlow with her creative problem solving abilities when it comes to opening the lines of communication across our team.I appreciate that she actively listen in our meetings to ensure we are communicating well with our clients and ourselves as colleagues. She has supported me a lot in my daily duties. I enjoy working with my team and very supportive colleagues at Balmoral Place always.
