Carpetright

We've recently bought our first home so went into store as we have 2 floors and sets of stairs that all require carpet. Chris came straight over, was extremely helpful (as we weren't sure what we needed!) and very attentive but didn't make us feel pressured. His quote was bang on and after we'd had a fitter over to take measurements, Chris continued to ensure we had everything we needed and efficently processed our order. Can't recommend Chris enough!

EVERYTHINGS WAS WRONG WITH MY ORDER!!! AVOID them in any store!!!!!!- Firstly, they quoted me a price and claimed that the quotation it will not be any higher than this. The actual quotation is nearly £1000 more than original.- And then we decided to just buy the material. It ended up delivered the wrong products. The original ones I requested are not in stock until next month.When I called, there are no refund & no alternative plan is given & they said they can do nothing but only give me 25£ compensation. After I spent half an hour talking to them, they finally increase the compensation to 75£ which is less than 10% of my order value.Avoid them!! Before you pay, everything is fine & smooth. Once you paid, everything is wrong & they make the customers to take the whole responsibility for what they did wrong. A few of my neighbours also experienced similar experience with them so think twice before you consider using them!

Came to store last week as moving house and will need all flooring replacing, spoken to guy called Chris who was extremely helpful as I wasn't sure what to look for in the new flooring coverings. Having few pets needs something that will take the wear. Already picked my favourites and need to get into the property to double check on sizes etc. Chris is an excellent advisor and made me feel so at ease and not being pressured.

Visited the store today and was assisted by Josh. He was really helpful and knowledgeable. Wanted to thank him for the time he took to walk us through the different flooring options!

Carlos and Chris were excellent. Friendly, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. Went through a number of options and helped us find the perfect carpet for our space. They went above and beyond by bringing fabric samples of our wall colours and wood similar to our bannister in order to see how the carpet would look in our space. Having been to a number of carpet shops and received little to no help, their customer service was a breath of fresh air. Amazing!

I'm surprised to see the positive reviews on here, but our experience getting the service of Carpetright at White City store hasn't been great. We made the full payment for the carpet and luxury vinyl flooring we ordered from Carpetright in late Oct, and the manager Chris said there was enough stock and we wouldn't have to wait too long before the fitters came to do the fitting of both carpets and luxury vinyl. He promised to call us a few days later to confirm the date of carpet fitting, but he didn't. We tried to call the store but didn't get any feedback. We then went to the store again the following week to inquire about the progress, but Chris, on seeing us, was annoyed although we were already waiting for him to handle other clients first. He said he had been transferred to the Trafford Park store that week but couldn't explain why and didn't tell us when the fitters would come and do the fitting. I think he also realised how rude he was, because a few hours later, he called to apologise for his attitude. And fortunately the carpet fitting was completed in mid-Nov. However, up to now, we haven't heard from Chris or Carpetright about the fitting of the luxury vinyl flooring. We made a full payment but it's obvious they don't have enough stock of the luxury vinyl, thus keeping us waiting for more than a month. When I called Chris to ask about the progress last week, he showed impatience again and couldn't tell us when the fitter could come to do the flooring fitting. This is really disappointing, because when we first met Chris and his colleagues, they seemed very professional. After we made the payment, they no longer care about you. I don't think I'd recommend the White City store to any friends at all.
