Had my wax done by Aga. She was professional, efficient, and *almost* painless - but hey, waxing is never gonna be pain FREE, is it?? Ran on time, beauty room was clean and covid guidelines in place. Highly recommend.

Dr Boo is my go-to for all make up and skin care. They have a carefully selected range of brands and products meaning that you can find exactly the right item. Unlike in the department stores where staff are attached to the brand and will try to push every product on you, at Dr Boo you get a completely bespoke service. The staff really talk through your needs, consider a range of brands, product types, ingredients/technologies and never push a sale, offering testers/samples if you wish to try the product first.

Always enjoy a visit to Dr Boo. The shop is full of top brand beauty and perfume products. From exfoliates to exquisite perfumes. They alway have a small sale table which is definitely worth checking out. The staff are so friendly and always on hand to offer advice.

Such a lovely place - originally got an eyebrow tint and although it was a wonderful job, I personally lost confidence in the shade later in the day. I went back and the woman on reception was so welcoming, kind and down to earth - which made me feel much more relaxed in deciding to return. Not only this, but Aga, the beauty therapist, altered the shade until I was satisified and made me feel so much more confident, and seemed happy to do so! Aga was so considerate and understood how I was feeling and seemed to really care and I can't give enough thanks. Overall a wonderful experience!

I had a really poor wax experience here. I was shocked because I paid a lot but the waxing felt rushed as it was their last appointment. The grow back was poor, all hair follicles were raised and ingrown. My friend went this week for a gel nail and paid £45 and multiple nails chipped in three days, it was a sloppy job. This is a few of many poor experiences here, it’s a shame as I like to support local businesses but I believe it is seriously overpriced for poor service.
