Low stock and a poor range of product, a lot of product is missing price labels, quite messy and a lot of items are laying everywhere, also poor communication with customers. Feels like worst supermarket in Southend.

Clearly this store has a problem with shoplifters, so their response is to treat every customer as a suspect and inspect their bags at the checkout. What a ridiculous strategy, employ security guards like your counterparts have and don't show such disrespect to loyal customers.

Just recently my two adult children were shopping at this store and were falsely accused of shoplifting. My two children were told by security staff to empty there bags as they had just scanned and paid for there items they purchased.My two children felt very belittled and publicly embarrassed as they had not committed any offences however felt like they were treated like they were criminals and publicly shamed for something they had not done.Both my children feel anxious about coming back to the store as a customer because of this incident i feel that the security staff need to be trained in improving there communication skills

Went Aldi tonight to grab dinner, cashier asked to see the inside of my just eat bag (just finished work) was told if I don’t show on my return they’ll search my bag, made me feel like a dirty thief. Terrible store. Won’t return.

Why is the spring water and still water mixed. Makes it extremely difficult if the one you want is in the next tray underneath. And dangerous. Why do you have to put things through the till so fast...
