Really great on customer service so helpful. Makes a whole lot of difference when people care about their service.Paint is also value for money..I've been a decorator for 15 years but never used to rate it! The paint is definitely on par" with other paints.Their colour matching service is second to none

If I could give 1 star i would just not even greeted by someone called Alfie not even in uniform to be the rudest obnoxious person ... who then proceeded to be the most condescending person I've ever met.. wouldn't help me in what I needed ordered on b and q website much more easier

Friendly staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Walked in, said what I was looking for, and was helped immediately and got some advice. It took me less that 10 minutes to request my paint type and color and then get it mixed and pay.

The staff here are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They are welcoming to DIY-ers like me as well as tradespeople. They advised me on which paints to choose, and were able to mix a 0.5 litre tin of gloss to match a RAL color code that I provided. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!
