BSA setup the alarms and cameras for our house and outdoor studio. I couldn't be any happier. The guys were very professional and could not help enough. Since the original fitting, we have been in regular contact as I have been adding more to the original quote. Great service and great company

Louis - an on call engineer - was extremely helpful over the phone. He was able to support me in resolving my issues over the phone, saving me the call out fee or for that matter, any fee. I was surprised and impressed by the service I received. Many thanks.

Another shout out for Ryan - came and resolved all of our issues yesterday with a friendly smile and such a can-do attitude! Even out on the ladder in the rain, he still kept his smile and sense of humour and nothing was too much trouble for him! - thank you Ryan :)BSA have looked after us for many years and we can't fault them - highly recommend this company to anyone.

Today we had a visit from Ryan who came to fit a keypad. He arrived on time with a friendly smile on his face. Ryan quickly fitted the item with no problems. As are all the BSA Engineers, he is very polite and efficient. He patiently explained how to use it before leaving.I would also like to thank the Service Engineer David for arranging this. Due to the Covid-19 lockddown, we had to wait for this visit but as soon as he was able to arrange, he contacted us to make arrangements. Thank you David.It is always a pleasure to do business with this company and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Really impressed - David was able to talk me through how to fix the problem over the phone and saved me over £100 on the call-out fee I was quoted by another company! Will definitely be using BSA for any future problems!
