Excellent experience of Jennings Antiques. Rob's communication throughout was clear and professional, and I felt like he was genuinely wanting you to be happy with the process as well as the product. The nest of oak tables arrived in tip top condition, and they fit perfectly with our other oak lounge furniture. I’ve been hugely impressed with Jennings Antiques. I took receipt of two items from them today (a hall stand and a fire basket) and I absolutely love them both. Rob was amazing, sending me extra photos, answering questions, organising a courier and doing a fantastic job with packaging the items so they stayed safe en route. He also did a great job with polishing the hall stand. I hadn’t seen the items in the flesh before they arrived, which is always a gamble, but I couldn’t be more happy with my purchases. I'm so impressed by Jennings Antiques - excellent communication throughout (which was especially important as I live too far away to visit in person). They booked a courier for me and wrapped up the furniture to prevent damage en route - the items themselves were excellent and look great in my home! Highly recommend!
