Been renting with Capital Properties for the last 14 months. It's been a real pleasure to have them as our agents. The team is friendly and respond to queries very quickly. We needed a couple of things fixed when we moved in and they were quick to action our requests. You hear about some nightmare agents/landlords but Capital is not one of them! Highly recommended.

I've used Capital since 2009. They are ultra responsive, experienced and efficient. George and Sean have a great team with a lot of tenure. Along with that comes great experience, advice and problem solving. As an overseas owner it is well worth the peace of mind. I've recommended Capital numerous times and will continue to do so. They are also v ery pleasant to work with and have always found me top tenants.

Absolutely delighted with the service! I had an issue with my hob, i let the agency know - they have replied within an hour, they have provided me with a temporary option straight away and have replaced the hob, as well as additional appliances within a week. Amazingly quick responses, great service and exceptional communication!
