Have booked with Cornish Holiday Cottages for a couple of years now and they never disappoint!Our favourite venue is Weir Point Stables and have it booked for a couple of weeks this year. Whenever we have any questions or request the team at the office have always sorted anything out straight away with that refreshing can do attitude!Would heartily recommend this company to anyone looking to book a self catering trip to Cornwall and we cannot wait until our next stay - plus many more in the future!

We have been so pleased with all the help that Cornish Holiday Cottages have given us in preparing our property for rentals and all the care and consideration they, and particularly Emily, have put into making every detail right for the people who have rented our property. From the writing of details and the inventory management to housekeeping we have always felt we and the clients have had the very best attention.

Cornish Holiday Cottages are our booking agents for Kinbrae House here in fabulous Falmouth. This is our first year with them and we are very happy with the service that they provide us with. All of our guests who have booked either through the website or on the phone tell us that they receive a first class service. We can highly recommend them to other property owners as well for guests looking for self catering accommodation in and around Falmouth and the Helford areas of Cornwall. The apartment (the giggle) that we booked was nothing like the photographs sadly. It was really well worn, items were damaged and it wasn’t very clean (dog hairs on the furniture etc) The bins in the garden area hadn’t been emptied on our arrival and it was just left until we put our rubbish out with it all.Milk wasn’t left on our arrival which we told it would. Tea and coffee left looked like it has been there for absolutely ages as it was both in open containers so couldn’t use it! No Cornish little welcome goodies or no welcome pack with information about the property or location so it was a very poor initial welcome.It was also in a very noisy position with noise late at night and early in the mornings from people/passers by as well. The apartment above was very noisy as well. It felt very dark and cold inside. The apartment had an allocated space around the corner. However somebody had messed with the cars overnight so we didn’t feel safe to leave it there.We wouldn’t book with this company again as they were not very forthcoming with solutions when we had to complain several times to them. They need to inspect their properties and ensure that the cleans are done to a high standard for guests welcome. Welcome goodies and information packs need improving to provide a friendly welcome.Disappointed and a poor stay overall which is not what you expect on a holiday apartment costing nearly £1000 for a week. So we wouldn’t book with Cornish Holiday Cottages again or recommend them.

I am the owner of a holiday home, Honeysuckle Corner, managed by Cornish Holiday Cottages. We bought our home 8 years ago. Emily and Co have been our agents from the beginning and we could not be happier with the service they provide. Our home is often occupied by guests throughout the summer. When we return in the autumn you would not know it had been lived in. Guests using our home have been so considerate and any problems have been dealt with promptly. I recommend this agency 100 per cent.

I chose them over several other companies because of their unrivalled local knowledge, excellent customer care and also, very importantly, because they are really lovely people who I felt I could trust and work well with.Over the last 9 years, that has proved very true. They have increased the number of occupied weeks year-on-year, and Emily and her team are always incredibly helpful and patient, no matter what the query or problem is.Looking at the visitor book in the cottage, I am struck by the number of guests who write that it has been a pleasure dealing with Cornish Holiday Cottages. And, as a client, I can certainly second that sentiment!

We have only ever once got online to offer our opinion on a holiday destination but after spending a beautiful three weeks in Cornwall we thought it was time for a second.We have been using Cornish Holiday cottages for over 20 years and they have never let us down.The team in Mawnan Smith is a small but friendly team for whom nothing is too much trouble.They are efficient and helpful and have a good selection of properties to suit all requirements.We have used about six over the years.When we had our dog they had a number of high quality dog friendly properties.Now our requirements have changed they came up trumps with more upmarket and luxurious houses.Mawnan Smith and Falmouth and it's surrounds are a lovely part of the world with plenty to see and do in a warm climate.Cornish Holiday Cottages is the ideal company to use to make the most of your visit.We heartily recommend them.Sue and Allan Pipe

I have been using Cornish Holiday Cottages for over 10 years now as I regularly visit the area for work and have to stay up to 4 weeks at a time. The service provided has been second to none and every property I have used has been of a great standard of preparation and furnishing. I particularly like the small welcoming gifts of milk, tea and biscuits - just what you need after a long drive. I have also found the staff to be very helpful and willing to do their utmost to meet your needs. I have tried other agencies in the area and none come anywhere close to the service provided by Cornish Holiday Cottages.
