I walked in to Novo on a very rainy Saturday afternoon, very hungover and maybe even still drunk from the previous night’s activities. Not only was I embraced but I was embraced with a warmth and I haven’t felt in a long time. I don’t know what the those boys have in their talented hands but it is nothing short of magic. I walked in a hungover mess and walked out a God, and that is all thanks to Ryan and Joe at Novo. God bless their cotton little socks.

Best barbers in Leicester! I’ve been coming here religiously since it opened. A great environment with a class bunch of lads that work here. Always deliver a 10/10 hair and beard trim. Very professional and I highly recommend booking in! Nothing short of a 5 star experience.

I have been coming to Novo to get my hair cut with Ryan for over a year now. Lately, I've been growing a beard and Ryan turned this shapeless blob into a very well-groomed beard. Recently, I've got a haircut and a beard trim from George who was equally amazing, both of them are very thorough.

Incredible haircuts, same standard each time you go with really friendly barbers that know what they’re doing. I always recommend Novo to anyone looking for a new barber, easily the best in Leicester!

Went in with thinning hair and an awful hairline and left with the best fade I’ve ever had and somehow a new and improved hairline! Ryan took his time and asked exactly what I wanted and made sure he delivered

I've been going to Joe to get my hair and beard cut for around 18 months, and gladly followed him to NOVO, his own shop, from where he was based before.Joe's level of service is brilliant: my first appointment he spent a good ten minutes examining my hair and beard before even picking up a pair of scissors. Since then he's done the best job styling my beard of any barber I've ever been to. He's well worth the price, and a friendly, professional guy to boot.

Haven't been to this shop yet but my five stars is for Joes barbering. Very skilled barber who has worked in busy salons in Leicester City centre. Will need to pop in the shop soon.
