We were extremely happy with the service and products supplied by BoConcept Edinburgh. Laura was excellent in providing us with tailor made design options for our living room making it very easy for us to make the right choices. We are delighted with the end result.

Superb customer service. Flo was our fabulous designer. She made the whole experience fun, and we felt like we were working with a close friend. The furniture is very well-made and beautiful! We appreciated that the experience was so smooth and well-catered to the customer. The installment team, Robert and William, were so kind and helpful. Amazing from start to finish. The free design service really helped to visualise what was possible within our spaces. The quality of the products are excellent and the customer service is unrivalled. Any issues are sorted quickly. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We would definitely recommend Lucy, Laura and the team at BoConcept for their excellent advice regarding our recent sofa purchase. They were really helpful in store and even came out with fabric swatches to our home to help us visualise the colours in the room. They have fantastic product knowledge and did everything possible to make our experience as seamless and easy as possible. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and hope to be back soon for some accessories.

The team at BoConcept did a wonderful job with our new property in Edinburgh. From rendering our priorities into a superb design, then successfully executing and installing the pieces into our space, the end result fulfilled our vision. The entire process was made very easy by caring and thoughtful staff, who made excellent customer service their number one priority. I called upon BoConcept Edinburgh to procure 2 gorgeous Modena sofas for an interior design client of mine.Laura, the store manager, was incredibly helpful - she spoke to me on numerous occasions and was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.Following on from this, the delivery of the sofas I ordered ran very smoothly yesterday - the pre-agreed delivery slot was adhered to, the delivery personnel called ahead of time out of courtesy and my client says the service she received on-site was truly exceptional, also. We had great advice and service from Clare and her colleagues at the Edinburgh store and are really delighted with the sofa and footrest that we ordered - wonderful quality. Delivery was smooth, efficient and on time. Many thanks to Bob and his right hand hand who had to manoeuvre the sofa into our building in heavy rain (all 60 kg of it!)
