Dreadful customer service. I have purchased bags from them on a number of occasions yet when I called on Monday to order more it was difficult to get a price out of them.I have called 9 times over the past three days to speak to James to be told he is on the phone and will call me back.Needless to say no call came.Today, unbelievably, I called to be told he 'had to leave the office'. When I pointed out that I could hear him on the phone in the background the lady got angry with me and told me to buy my bags somewhere else....They do not deserve to be in business in my opinion
