Premier Inn London Chiswick hotel
The best place to stay! Staff are amazing. It was my little boys birthday and he couldn’t help but tell everyone. When we got back from breakfast he had a lovely card and bag of sweets. He hasn’t stopped talking about it since (made his birthday). Can’t thank everyone enough. Will rebook again. Thanks again everyone! Really appreciate it.

The only good thing about this premier inn was the location and bed.Bed comfortable as usual with premier inn beds.It's about a 15/20 minutes walk from the underground and 30-minute walk to Eventim Apollo.But room wise....Bad really bad.First of all, the way the hotel is set out is confusing. You can be walking in circles trying to find your room. Also, you think your gonna get a nice view outside or at least a window that is facing outside, but they weren't rooms facing inwards, which mean you don't get a natural light in at all.Kettle in the room I stayed in work, but the plastic was cracked at the bottom, which I didn't notice until after I had used it.Sofa was covered in stains and dust.Don't even get me started on the stat of the shower...disgusting.The roof plans were dirty and not fitting correctly.

Nice hotel, really comfortable bed and large room. Disappointed that there are no usb sockets in 2023. Staff really friendly and helpful (especially in the restaurant)20 minutes walk from the tube station and felt a safe area. Parking is available which is paid separately. It’s a bit of a way outside of Central London but it was quite and a 30 minute tube to central London so not a big issue, I personally don’t mind a tube trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a quiet hotel even though it's next to the very busy Chiswick roundabout. This is because the hotel has been so well designed that it is soundproof from outside noise. Even noise between rooms is very limited. Rooms are a little dated but otherwise well maintained with everything you would expect from this brand of hotel.

Standard room with comfortable bed, as you would expect from Premier Inn. The building itself does not look very inspiring and the inside is a maze, but we got a room with the window view to the outside at least. Still, it's a view to the motorway, but they managed to do noise cancelling very well. Friendly staff and good location, close to Chiswick House and Gardens, the Thames path, and a good walk to the High Street. Good value for money.

Good rooms. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very hectic. It was half term so the place was full. However coffee machine broken and some waiting for hot food to come to the buffet. They felt short staffed to me - the staff were clearly doing their best but were a little overwhelmed

The rooms are up to their usual good standards. However, we found a lot of dirty plates, bowls and cutlery in the breakfast room. A lot of the dinner menu was not available too. High hopes for improvement for the rest of the week.

Premier Inn is my favourite hotel chain in London. They offer good value for money, excellent service, nice and clean rooms. This particular hotel is in a really nice and calm neighbourhood, but a bit far from Central London.

Premier Inn London Chiswick hotel
Not bad- the rooms are clean and quiet and it was easy to checkin and out. The location is a bit out of the way from the main part of Chiswick and it is not that near to a train station, but I think if you’re driving it’d be okay. We had a twin room which was pretty small, but the beds were comfy and the bathroom in good condition. The window looked into an internal courtyard and zero light came in. I know this is standard in many hotels but I always find it weird to stay in a room with no natural light whatsoever!
