Kim's Flexercise classes in Mumbles are a lot of fun and a great way to keep fit and meet lots of friendly people.

FAB Company run by Kim is brilliant. The Nordic Walking classes are always great fun and Kim takes a lot of time and trouble to make sure everyone is taken good care of. I highly recommend FAB Company to anyone thinking of joining any of Kim’s classes.

I really enjoy the Flexercise class and feel the benefit of the exercise. Kim is good fun and the music is great.

Really enjoy the Nordic Walking with Kim and our walking group. We are a friendly lot and always have a laugh. I have been going weekly for a year now and my fitness and posture have definately improved.

Kim is an excellent walk leader. She chooses interesting areas for walking and shares her knowledge of significant points on the walk with the group. Stretching warm ups and cool downs were also a beneficial element of the morning.

For several years I have participated in all of Kim’s FLexercise classes and all of her Nordic walking sessions. The exercise classes are great for the over sixties, and include stretching, toning muscles, mobilising joints, posture and balance, all to lively music. We are a group of friendly ladies who enjoy Kim’s well planned exercises which are always fun.Kim organises great locations for Nordic Walking, which is another form of healthy exercise, in beautiful areas in and around Swansea. It’s a lovely way to make new friends, and again Kim ensures we all have fun.As well as being a Fitness Teacher and Nordic Walking instructor, Kim is a qualified Holistic Therapist. I have received several of her treatments and can thoroughly recommend her.Kim is an amazing person, very kind, generous with her time, full of fun and a great teacher and leader.

Have tried a few exercise classes but this one is never boring . We work hard but always have fun and variety

A very friendly fun class. Kim plans the session so that it covers warm up/cardio, stretching, balance and posture and time on the floor to work tummies and legs. Simple dance routines to end followed by stretching out. The hour flies by and I feel so much better having been!
