I have found Allen & Harris to be very helpful in my search for a property to purchase. Amy in particular is friendly, professional and proactive. There are a number of viewings I have done with some other agents and they have not even bothered to call me for feedback. If I was selling a property, I would definitely place it with Allen & Harris.

I bought a house through the auction process with Allen and Harris in Stoke Gifford acting as the estate agent and they were really helpful, offering extra viewings both before and after bidding and also before we exchanged. Sam and Amy were great with their comms - instant replies and did what they could to contact the previous owner who lived overseas.
