Wynchlands House Bed & Breakfast

The people are really friendly and they offer all necessity like in a hotel like towels and bathroom utilities and consumables. The English breakfast is pretty good and they can even combine with the continental breakfast so it is less heavy but still has some parts of the English one. The cheapeer rooms are quite small but for a short stay it is all right.

Arrived at the property to find out they had overbooked and there wasn't a room available for us despite booking and paying 2 months before staying. The lady running the place was incredibly rude and tried to make out it it was our fault. I was ordered to sit on a chair while she had multiple shouting conversations on the phone with various other guests in different properties ignoring myself and my friend. At no point was there an apology. Be warned everyone the whole experience was very traumatic and stressful. We found somewhere else to stay but it cost a lot more money and was further out than we needed to be but to be honest I think it was a lucky escape as I would have been petrified to stay there!

What a lovely place to stay. Good size bedrooms. Comes with everything expected. Tv Wi-Fi. You have access to continental breakfast, tea coffee & biscuits at all times. If you haven't booked to have a full English breakfast, you have access to a fully equipped nice size kitchen to cook what ever you fancy. Lovely clean bathroom. Owner is very professional and cooks a great full English breakfast. If you drive you are only 8 minute drive to the town centre, 30 minute walk. Local shops round the corner. Off the main road which is also nice as it's very quite. Would highly recommend.
