It was very well organised. Quick and slick. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

I attended the St George clinic it was extremely well organised this timeNo waiting , plenty of parking and good experience. The lady who was directing the flow of patients was very good

The staff were very welcoming on arrival and staff were reassuring and took time to check details and consider any queries before going ahead with Covid and flu jab. Felt safe at this clinic

Had to wait quite a long time for my appointment but was done very professionally

Very much improved from last time with plenty of room in the car park for disabled.Queueing was negligible and I was in and out within ten minutes, very good and many thanks.

Very friendly, not overly busy. Like all GPs currently you have to wait a few weeks for an appt, but I have had a very positive experience here. Easy to register online too through their website.

Much better organised this time! Went in (no queue) gave my name and was directed to a room where my details were checked online, injection was given and I went straight out. No complaints. Thank you.

So i have some symptoms and register an inquiry on patch yesterday. Doc calls and tells me to get some medication from the pharmacy and call back if symptoms do not improve the next day. I follow instructions very well, I get some medication and of course since there was no improvement, I call back again today. Someone calls and tells me I cant get an appointment with the doc because i am reaching out with the same issue within 24 hrs. She suggests that I get more medication from the phamarcy and use for like a week. This time round, I decide to go and grab medicine from Fireclay pharmacy. On reaching there, I am told they cannot give me the medicine without prescription. I am advised to ask the receptionist to assist me get the prescription. Well, the receptionist tells me that there are no appointments available, I should call 111 or come back on Monday since today is Friday. I never imagined it can be this frustrating to get proper medical attention in UK. Consultation on Patch is also a scam. You better just call and ask for an appointment or just switch to private insurance.
