Good service there is one issue I have with them. Recently my car has an engine fault I called there booking department because they have lack of courtesy cars I have to wait nearly a month again to borrow one of there cars until my car gets into there garage. So now I got a car with an issue which I need everyday.Good service but poor customer satisfactory.I think 3 stars sounds about right.

Dropped in for advice from the service department as my mum was having problems starting her car that she had bought just a week before from their Bromsgrove dealership. The service advisor (apologies, we didn't get her name but she was sat nearest to the window) took the car straight into the workshop and within minutes they had diagnosed that the battery needed replacing, so they ordered a new one straight away to be delivered within a couple of hours. Their driver kindly gave us a lift home, we returned a few hours later and collected the car - all fixed and free of charge. Excellent service, thank you! :)

I bought a second hand Peugeot 5008 from Arbury Litchfield a couple of weeks ago. The salesman, Jethro, has been very helpful in resolving the few issues I have had. I would recommend this dealership. The car was delivered in very good condition and the customer care was very friendly.

5* service from Jethro & Arbury Lichfield!! I recently changed vehicles with Arbury Lichfield from the car I got from them 2.5 years ago due to a change in circumstances. The service received Jethro was above and beyond what you’d expect. He listened to my needs both on specifications needed and costs and was able to find me the car I really wanted. Not only that but he went above and beyond his role and responsibilities to ensure that I was able to get the car on a short turn around for a special trip I had planned with the family! I highly recommend Arbury & Jethro to anyone looking to get a change their car & I will certainly be returning when I need to upgrade this one. Thank you so much!

This is a NEGATIVE feedback that I never gave to anyone but the standard of service I received from Arbury Lichfield was an utter disappointment.I am their customer since last year when I had service and MOT with them. I bought 3 year service plan with them. This year they didnt call me to book service and MOT as this period of the year is the time when my car needs it.As opposed to Robins and Day who always used to send me reminders and calls to book the service well in advance, Arbury Lichfield didn’t bother to give me a call. Robins and Day also offered me curtesy car FREE OF CHARGE with the service plan. But here it wasnt the policy.Well, I called to central number to book me in for Lichfield branch. Then they did but I didn’t know that it was for service ONLY booking. It was understood that the car always have service and MOT altogether every year and I may not have mentioned about booking MOT separately. But the team sitting there didn’t pay attention to this and just created job card for service only. They sent me home without MOT. Although I mentioned to one of the staff members that I only wanna do repair works that is critical for passing MOT even then she didn’t mention that MOT is not happening on the day. After couple of days I checked my paperwork and found no MOT certificate I thought they must have put in my cars document booklet but there wasn’t any. I checked my MOT status online and it said expired on 30/10/23. I was shocked that they dodt do MOT although they knew its due as they did it last year.I had to book MOT separately again and spent another whole day at arbury lichfield to get it done.Look at the staff’s incompetency and the level of negligence: when it came the time for payment, I reminded them that I should get 10% discount as I have 3 year service plan with them but one of the staff said no its only for labour. But again I pointed towards the display to show him that the discount is on tyres and brake pads as well. He checked this with his manager again and said yes I will apply the discount (without any apology). I was looking at them and was wondering what type of customer service was that????No apologies or compensation was given to me and the manager was quite arrogant who said I must mention to book MOT with service as well.I felt they just wanted to rip me off and deliberately didn’t apply 10% discount or they didn’t know that they should. Either way they showed a highly unprofessional coduct. I now aim to leave this feedback on other trusted sites as well so that other customers know about this unprofessional behaviour.Manager was simply covering the blunder of his staff and was quite rude when he said we can hear the recorded call you made to central arbury for booking that you mentioned MOT as well or not. I wasn’t expecting this from a manager. I sould say the staff needs retraining on their job and manager needs to conduct professionally and should be apologetic instead of covering the mistakes of his staff.I aim to change back to Robins and Day because it gave me a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming feeling to go to arbury.Utterly disappointed

Had an amazing experience with Arbury. Jethro was our salesman, he went above and beyond to make sure both myself and my partner got exactly what we wanted. Definitely the most genuine down to earth car salesman I’ve ever met. We will definitely be returning in the future.
